Mouse Issue for 1.15.9 and less

Whenever I play any version of Minecraft, besides 1.16 and higher, whenever I hold down my left or right mouse button, the sensitivity shoots up. This affects me whenever I'm trying to do Minecraft PvP and it gets really annoying. If anyone at Mojang can fix this that would be greatly appreciated.
