Amethyst Block plays harp sound instead of chime/new instrument

Some amethyst block variant is placeholder, the note blocks cannot play the chime or new instrument with amethyst block and budding amethyst

It should sound like:

Chime instrument (similarly to packed ice)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use creative mode, then you go to search tab in inventory
2. Search 'amethyst' and looking for amethyst block
3. Place on the ground (example: place on the grass block)
4. You search the note block
5. Place on the amethyst block
6. Play the note block (right click)
7. It sounds like default (If you press F3, check the note block debug)
8. It will be fixed
