Burnable Netherite Items

This bug allows netherite ingots, which are supposed to be fireproof, to burn.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place some netherite ingots into a bundle.
2. Throw the bundle onto the ground.
3. Light it on fire with flint and steel.

Observed Results:

The bundle, along with all the netherite ingots inside it, is burned.

Expected Results:

Instead of the bundle burning with all of the items inside of it, it should drop the fireproof items, such as netherite ingots, leaving them unburned.
