Overfilled Bundles Allow for Item Duplication

If you were to obtain an overfilled bundle, for example, one with two non-stackable items in it, right clicking on items in your inventory will duplicate them. 

What I expected to happen was...:
The bundle wouldn't pick up the item. 

What actually happened was...:
The bundle added 64 items to the stack. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain an overfilled bundle. The following command is what I used: 

/give @p minecraft:bundle{Items:[

{id:"minecraft:elytra",Count:2b}

]}

2. Right click on an item in your inventory 

3. Depending on how much of a stack the extra items in the bundle are worth, that number is added to the stack of items
