Anti Gravity for sand, gravel, etc

Im pretty sure what causes it is that the piston is getting the sand block before it falls down the block, making it bugged

And after the video I realised it isn't just those pieces of sand that anti grav, ITS EVERY SINGLE ONE, EVEN IF YOU UPDATE IT

To what I know, there is no way to stop this, and yes I did test this in 1.16.4 so it works in both versions. Although this is a really cool bug, it also causes anarchy in servers
