Nether Biomes missing everything except bases

The nether Biomes, Warped Forest, Crimson Forest and Basalt Deltas are missing all of the fungi trees , fungi mushrooms, roots in both Warped and crimson forests and the pillars and lava pools are missing from the basalt deltas. Only the bases of each biome exist
