Rails not waterlogging correcly

Some rails, for no apparent reason, don´t waterlogge correcly.

I put three rails in a water source and they two of them didn't waterlogge correcly, as shown in the clip attached.

 

Btw, I am using Minecraft translated in Portuguese, so "Carril" means "Rail" and "Carril Elétrico" means "Powered Rail".
