After deleting an end city datapack my server doesn't work

I downloaded an end city datapack for my Minecraft server, but I realized after getting to the end portal that I couldn't go through the portal I would just go straight through the portal like it wasn't there. I just guessed it was the end city datapack so I just removed it by just deleting it and got 2 other datapacks relating to the end. When I turned on the server again I saw this not sure what any of it means so I'm sorry if I'm not saying all of the details required to help.
