Turtles' flippers move incredibly fast when the turtle is pushed by the player

Whenever the player walks into an adult or baby turtle and pushes it, the turtle's flippers will move back and forth incredibly quickly. This issue only occurs on land.

This issue happens in both creative and survival mode.
