Minecart texture missing when seen from certain angles under water

Overview

When placing a minecart on a rail it can sometimes disappear momentarily when looked at from certain angles above the minecart.

How to replicate:

**Place a rail (any type) underwater (I went 1 block). Place a minecart from out of the water. If the minecart doesn't immediately disappear move around while looking at the minecart until it does.
