Spyglass overlay overrides carved pumpkin overlay

Brief Description: 
The spyglass overlay overrides the carved pumpkin overlay.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a carved pumpkin on your head.
2. Use a spyglass
3. You will notice that the spyglass overlay overrides the carved pumpkin overlay.

Observed Results:

The spyglass overlay overrides the carved pumpkin overlay.

Expected Results:

Both overlays should be shown
