iteam frames take longer to break after bolck behind them break

 

What I expected to happen was the iteam frame to break instently after a block behind it would break

What actually happened was it took like 2 min to break the iteam frame

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put an iteam frame on a block
2. break block behind it 
3. wait for the frame to break
