candle's fire particle invisible under water(works both ways).

What I expected to happen was...:
when I go under water I could see the fire particle from a candle (that isn't underwater)

What actually happened was...:
the candle looked turned off

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put a candle near water and light it up
2. go under water
3. look at the candle
