unable to log in on new launcher

What I expected to happen was...:
being able to log in

What actually happened was...:
I was told that my username or password was incorrect when I managed to log in on another computer to check if it worked with the same details.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter correct information
2. try to log in
3. Go to development console
4. Notice it says cannot connect to authentication server
