Amethyst geodes override abandoned mineshaft generation.

In the first snapshot for 1.17 the amethyst geode structures are generated after abandoned mineshafts are, leading to what I believe are unintended results of mineshafts being cut off and overridden.

It's a mineshaft; geologic features should be mined through.
