Amethyst geodes can generate on land

pretty simple: the amethyst geode structure spawns above ground
What I expected to happen was...:
I thought the amethyst geode wouldn't spawn above ground like the snapshot description said

What actually happened was...:
it was poking 2 blocks out above ground in the seed: -4416411325599388807

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make a world with this seed: -4416411325599388807
2. turn around towards the desert
3. you will se it right there
