Still water when generating a cave next to a river

It is a bug when you make a world and there is a cave next to a river or ocean and it makes the water still and only fixes it if you effect the water. I am fine with the bug being in this version because it said there may be bugs i this version so there is a bug from me. Picture is in the attachment.
