Amethyst Geode spawning above ground

It is possible to generate a world with a seed that has a geode above ground. Attached will be some images of the issue.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the snapshot and start a new single player world
2. Enter in the seed number '10111993'
3. Start the game
4. You should find an above ground geode at -275, 69,-118
