Candles flash above cakes before they are placed

The bug

When placing a candle on a cake, for one tick, the candle appears on the block above the cake before actually being placed onto the cake.

How to reproduce

1. Place a cake
2. Place a candle on the cake
   The candle will appear above the cake for one tick
