Particles are invisible behind Tinted Glass

Particles are not shown behind tinted glass.

What I expected to happen was...:
that I can see the particles.

What actually happened was...:
that I can't see the particles

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a particle source, e.g. a campfire

2. Place tinted glass in front of it
