Minecraft is just unplayable

My Minecraft game is unplayable I can pick up mined or drooped blocks, I cant take fall, and mobs ignore me. I have tried several times to uninstall, restart, switch my game mode and nothing works please help me I have payed a lot of my hardworking money and I cant get that back I love playing Minecraft but this is ruining my fun.
