Foxes going to 0, (ground level), 0 XYZ cordinates during thunderstorms

All foxes in biomes with foxes will run to coordinates 0, ground level, 0 during a thunderstorm. They all gather at these coordinates, if a player approaches they run away, unless you are sneaking. After the thunderstorm, they run away and act normal. You can test this by using the /weather clear and /weather thunder.
