Water and lava not combine

Hello,

I report a bug with water, lava and anvil.

I have water whit action of soulsand and I put anvil on the top. I use lava bucket on the top of anvil and when anvil broken water and lava not fusion.

If the anvil not placed the bugs not exist. I'm not test in other version.
