unable to teleport entities from unloaded chunks

To reproduce:

1. Spawn any entitity and name It ppp
2. Go far enough away untill the chunk becomes unloaded
3. enter

   /tp @e[name=ppp] ~ ~ ~

1.  the entity isn't teleported to you., A message shows "no entities found".

The ppp name was just an example, I think it also happens to other entities.
