cured villagers not giving discounts

For the past 2 days, the zombie villagers I cure have not been giving discounts

What I expected to happen was...:
the cured villager would offer discounts as the others have

What actually happened was...:
newly cured zombie villagers are not giving me discounts

1. cure a zombie villagers
2. look for discount
