Loosing my data in lifeboat server and my my items in lifeboat city

I was in lifeboat network server and then i went in to lofeboat city
and I went in the wood cutter job then all my items disappeared and I logged out and then logged in but it was gone and I didn't play for almost a year I logged in but it was gone
