Options menu doesn't track fullscreen correctly when using keyboard shortcuts

When using the Shortcut Key Fn+alt+F11 to enter fullscreen mode. It brings you to fullscreen mode, BUT when you go look at your options Fullscreen Mode is Showing that its OFF instead on of ON.
