Minecarts no longer collide with paintings

While this may be a bug fix, I vastly preferred this beforehand.

What I expected to happen:
The minecarts for my animal breeding machine would dock nicely.

What actually happened:
The minecarts completely fell through the paintings, activated another cycle and destroyed the machine.
