Tall Grass is Broken[FIXED]

When I was playing minecraft with my Resource Pack that was converted,the tall grass was the infamous Purple and Black checkerboard.I think this might have to do with the converter.Vanilla works.

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought the tall grass would work like it should
What actually happened was...:
It was the purple and black checkerboard
Steps to Reproduce:
1. convert a texture pack to a resource pack and use it
2. check tall grass
EDIT: It used Frames 0-6,not Frames 0-5.Fixed.
