Some particle sounds aren't under particles

The Bug
Despite certain sounds being made from particles, they aren't under particles in sounds; they are under blocks.

bubble_column.bubble_pop
bubble_column.upwards_ambient
bubble_column.upwards_inside
bubble_column.whirlpool_ambient
bubble_column.whirlpool_inside

Replicate

• Do /playsound block.(any of them listed above)
  Notice they are under blocks
• Do /playsound particle.soul_escape
  Notice that particle sounds do exist, but the particles listed above aren't part of them
