The game appears to not populate certain chunks sometimes

Seed and coordinates of one case provided in the description (this was flown to though, not teleported to, and after quitting the game and relogging right after spawning)

The grass color is dark, indicative of a dark forest biome, but no trees or mushrooms generate.
