Water doesn't render behind the semi-transparent part of shulker bullets

The bug

Shulker bullet makes water invisible even when using Fabulous! graphics.

How to reproduce

1. Summon a shulker bullet and pause the game with F3+Esc. (Or just do /summon shulker_bullet ~ ~ ~ {NoGravity:1b} near water)
2. Look the water through the border of the shulker bullet (You will see inside the water)
