The cape is not working for me

On the blazingpack I see the cape I bought for optifine and my friends see it so I don't see it on any other version than balzingpack I would like to see it on 1.16 optifine and I don't see it and I was looking everywhere how to fix it but there is no and I don't know what to do Please help.
