Minecraft keeps crashing, I dont know why.

(Note this happens in all versions, it just wont let me put that )

 

Okay, so I dont really know why but my Minecraft keeps crashing

Also, in this example I am using LabyMod, which is a PvP client for 1.8.9, but it has happened to me in non-modded installations as well. I am not sure if anyone else gets this.
