slow FPS when activating shaders in optifine

*What I expected to happen was...:*almost 100 FPS

*What actually happened was...:*15FPS

Steps to Reproduce:

processor i7-6820HK on MSI GT72S domniator pro G with Nvidia gtx980m

installing optifine 1.16.3 the when activating the shaders , the FPS goes down...
