Password Reset Email NOT Arriving

My account was possibly compromised and I have sent SEVERAL attempts to password reset. But the email never arrives! I cannot access my own account! I sent a ticket on the main site but that's not going to help me either! I need help. It has even logged me out of my Minecraft launcher. Please help.
