Error trying to connect to Realms

When ever I or any of the people on my realm try to connect they get this error: io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information

It also happens when I try to connect to other people's realms
It has been happening since at least 2pm Eastern time September 19th.
