My realms wont work i have done everything nothing will make me join nor can my friends

i cant join my realms its been 3 days or so ive payed for it and havent been able to join nor play on it really i mean whats going on why cant i do anything i wont pay for a service i cant use. or will i get my days lost given back to me.
