City Life 2 crashes on iPad

I bought City Life 2 for my daughter to play on her iPad but it crashes within the first 10-15 seconds of play & kicks you out. We've completely shut the App a number of times & restarted it but it doesn't help. I see that a number of others are having the same issue & although it says 'resolved' on the reported issue, people are still commenting that it's still crashing for them too. Please fix it or refund your customers. If there is a known issue with a game yet you continue to sell it & take peoples money it is very dishonest.....some might say fraudulent.
