Unable to press log-in button and not being able to log-in also via mc launcher

Bro whenever I go on minecraft.net and I try to log-in my account, it LITERALLY WONT LET ME LOG IN, I press the log-in button and it just turns dark and nothing even happens, nothing loads at all, even if i try the minecraft launcher, it says invalid/email password EVEN THOUGH IM USING THE RIGHT ONESS
