Item tooltips don't show up while hovering over it with an item in the cursor

The bug

If you select an item with your mouse to place it on any slot, the tooltips for items won't display when you hover over them. The tooltips for the items in the stonecutter UI and the crafting UI will display correctly. This can be quite annoying, especially with enchanted books. It prevents you from seeing the enchantments.

How to reproduce:

Have at least to items in your inventory
Click on an item
Hover over the other item
The tooltip of the item doesn’t show up.
