Minecraft Realms connection error

When trying to connect to my minecraft realm I get a error. Error states "Failed to connect to server. io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectExeception: Connection timed out: no further information. this issue has been happening since 8:00am 9/19/2020.
