Light Glitch still not solved

There are some random dark spots in the game that I can't get rid off! They were not there in the beginning but when I left the area and came back, they suddenly appeared and dont seem to go away despite changing the settings or lighting the area! This is a bug that has been for so long and hasn't been fixed yet. My graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 if that's useful. There's a screenshot attached below.
