Despite not being an ocean, coastal, swamp, or river biome, snowy taigas have a different water color than other snowy biomes

Land biomes that aren't swamps, rivers, or beaches don't have varying water colors, except for the snowy taiga. Expected is for the snowy tiaga to have a normal water color like other land biomes.
