my realm is broken

my realm has been broken for 2 days now. the reason why I say it is broken is because I am unable to connect to my world as well as the people I invited. I cant download the world to single player(it says downloading but it doesn't do anything), i try to close my realm but it also doesn't do anything. my realm is completely unusable. i also tried loading a mini game, didn't work.
