My Minecraft Always Crashes

I Always Use Lunar Client to play most of the time, and i wanted to try the mod my friend gave me. So, I used Minecraft Launcher .[Version: Forge 1.8.9 - 11.15.1.1722] to try the mod. This never happened before and this is the first time that my minecraft crasher 5 times in a row.
