error message?

I just finished a zoom meeting and went off to play some war thunder when suddenly i got a big error message that said some random stuff, i though it was somthing with ar thunder so i just ignored it and played war thunder till done, but when i closed war thunder and tryed to close the message it still would not go away. So idk why its popping up or what happened but it happened. I attached the photo of the message.
