Repeater has a strange texture on it, what looks like a "bar" with the bedrock texture.

     I'm not good with redstone but this is a strange occurrence, when a repeater is powered and goes into another repeater, facing left or right, the texture of the thing that shows how many ticks the repeater has, appears to be a "bar" with what looks like the bedrock texture on it.
