Advancements problems

I have problem in Advencements menu, this just black screen in a background, and in all panels also (look at the screenshots)
May be I have a problem in my computer or something
Problem appeared in 1.15 and in subsequent versions
My PC (If you need this):
GeForce 9800 GT и
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200
RAM: 8 Gb
