Completing advancements have no subtitles

The bug

When completing a challenge advancement, the music indicating that you have completed a special advancement plays. However, there is no subtitle for this. Also, when toast notifications appear, there is no subtitle for that too. This may be true for unlocking new recipes.

How to reproduce

1. Make sure subtitles are turned on in the "Music & Sound" or "Accessibility Settings" section of the Options menu
2. Make sure the example advancement below has not been completed using /advancement revoke @s only minecraft:adventure/adventuring_time
3. Grant the example advancement using /advancement grant @s only minecraft:adventure/adventuring_time
   → No subtitle is shown for the music nor the toast
